These lightweight, technical mountain pants have an athletic cut with pre-shaped knees for excellent freedom of movement in all terrain. The elastic, windproof fabric feels great on the skin and is also highly abrasion resistant, a must-have quality for moving between rocks in alpine environments. The PFC-free material dries very quickly in the event of rain and is very breathable.

The elastic waistband ensures a firm fit without slipping and is very comfortable. The pockets are placed diagonally so that the pants can be used with a harness. The leg bottoms can be zipped open, so that the Transalper can be used with both mountain boots and lower, lighter shoes.
